when i was around 11-12 yr old, i remember a random person who parked his car on the street near my house. i was going outside to play and noticed the car looked to weird and i saw a man in a hoodie telling me he had candy. my parents already told me about not accepting candy from strangers so i just stood in shock because i didn't think it was real. was lucky my mom came out saying she was going to call the police and he left
It happened to me my niece she was 5 I am 10 and a man came to her and said I"I have a puppy 4 u " she was happy but I saw and I grabbed her by the arm
