Bus creep touching my hair

I remember one time i was inside the bus and a random just kept touching my hair at first it was subtle and then it became blatant, he even went ahead and smelled my hair which made me really uncomfortable. Unfortunately i couldn't do anything and just stood still until i reached my destination
